Passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, in his 51st year. Cherished partner of Jocelyne Downey, loving father of Liam and Shannon. Dear son of Marion Tizard, late step father David. Dear brother of Jimmy (Lynn), Kim (Jim), late step brother David. Scot will always be remembered by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Celebration Of Life will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #560, 734 Montreal St., Kingston, between the hours of 1-3pm. Cremation has taken place.
