Allan & Barbara Ankers Obituary
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our parents Barbara Jean Ankers on May 29th in her 84th year and Allan Dale Ankers on May 31st in his 85th year, after 64 years of marriage. They are predeceased by their son Richard (1961), dad's brother Paul (1994) and mom's twin sister Betty (1991). Fondly remembered by their daughters Cathy Rose (Dale), Susan Usaty (Ron) and Carolyn Hendrick (Dave); grandchildren Michelle (Paul), Dana (Ryan), Colleen (Cole), Lyle (Ashley) and Amy; great grand children Jocelyn, Charlie and Sawyer. Also, remembered by dad's sister Sheila, sister-in law Joanne, and mom's brothers Buster (Bonnie) and David (Diane). A private memorial will be held. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or AB Smith Homestead House.
