Stewart, Barbara Jean (nee Lee)

February 19, 1936 – February 7, 2021

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barb Stewart.  Predeceased by the love of her life, Charlie.  Survived by her daughter Linda Norman (Bill) and son Tom (Rozanne).  Gram to Jason (Sarah), Greg (Reshelle) Norman; Leslie Parenteau (Marc); Tyler Stewart (Amanda); Mallory Garrison (Adam).  Great Gram to Brock, Sophie, Jenna & Layne Norman; Riley & Dillan Parenteau; Paige & Taylor McParland; Chloe & Keira Stewart; Brynlee & Carter Garrison.  Grandma Barb to Jennifer & Jeffrey Herold.  Barb is survived by her brother Billy Lee (Judy), sisters Carol White and Janet Herold.  Predeceased by her mother, Mamie Lee; sister, Ruth Knox and bother Charles.  Barb is also survived by her only Uncle, Don Lee.  Barb was a longtime member of the Women’s Institute; Verona Community Association; Trinity United Church; South Frontenac Heritage Committee and the Antique Association.  She was passionate about her community.  Barb will also be remembered for her amazing crafting skills, especially her quilting.  Due to current COVID-19 restrictions;  the family will hold a private visitation with an interment service to follow at the Verona Cemetery.
