Cecil James Rogers passed away peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Thursday January 28th, 2021, at the age of 81. Loved and forever missed by his wife of 49 years, Barbara (Green). Cherished by his loving children; Debbie McDonald (Howie), Doug Rogers (Anne), Shelley Deyo (Corey), Cheryl Lickacz (Danny), Ken Rogers (Heather). Papa will be missed by Owen, Avery, Landon, Carson, Brad, Christopher and Chelsea. He is survived by brothers Wayne (Lucy), Roy (Val), sister Sharon Seafield, brother-in-law, Rodney Green (Marilyn). Family and friends will fondly remember Cecil's warm smile and sincerity.

Due to COVID restrictions, Cecil’s family will be celebrating his life privately at this time; a graveside service will be held at the Harrowsmith Cemetery at a later date. This service will be announced when public health safety conditions permit. For those who wish; memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church, or Southern Frontenac Community Services in memory of Cecil.
