May 20, 1955 - March 24, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of David Joseph Dowker on March 24, 2025 in his 70th year.

David is survived by his father Robert Dowker, his sister Teresa Dowker, his sister Karen Kremer (Dale), his niece Natalie Kremer and his niece Nicole Kremer.  

He is predeceased by his beloved wife Joanne Volk, his mother Marie Dowker and his brother Paul Dowker.

David was extremely passionate about poetry and that was clearly evident in his own poetry writings.  He loved engaging people in intense discussions and topical debates.  He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
