Douglas Earle Saunders

Suddenly at his home in Seeley’s Bay August 4th, 2022, days after celebrating his 86th birthday.  Predeceased by his beloved wife Patricia, June 2008 and his daughter Cindy Snyder, April 2020. He will be forever missed by his daughter Gina Davis (Jim) and son Randy Saunders (Amy). Dearly missed by his grandchildren James Davis, Danielle Smith (Brett), Bobbi-Jo Cunningham (Clifford), Rachel Peters (Paul) and great-grand children, Deacon Smith, Alex and Cody Cunningham as well as 4 great great-grandchildren.  Also remembered by his nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at the Seeley’s Bay Legion, Branch 491 on Sunday, August 21st, 2022 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. A light lunch will be served.  Interment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens, Division Street, Glenburnie at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Doug’s memory to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
