Content in the knowledge that the morning milking was finished, Elwood passed peacefully, at the age of 90, at Trillium Care Centre on Thursday, August 15th, 2019.

Loving husband for 67 years of Mona (nee Kennedy). Dedicated father of Lloyd (Tammie), Neil (Patsy), Grant (Bonnie) and Faye. Cherished grampa of Beverly (Brian), Brandon (Melanie), Dana, Taylor (Logan), Joel (Tiegan), Shannon (Trent Desrosiers), Kimberly (Kody Ribey), Katie, Graham, Owen, Amanda (Jake Twort), Sarah and Courtney, and nine great-grandchildren.

Survived by sisters Ruth Campbell and Mary Abrams (Wayne), and sister-in-law Marilyn Votary (Rev. R.E. Votary), as well as his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Harold and Verna Orser, brother Gordon, sister-in-law Jean Orser, brother-in-law Leonard Campbell, nephew Robert Orser and grandson Jeffery Orser.

Friends will be received on Monday, August 19th, 2019 between the hours of 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Trousdale Funeral Home, Sydenham. Funeral service will be held at Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 20th, 2019. Interment at Sydenham Cemetery immediately following. Those desiring may direct donations in memory of Elwood to Sydenham Holiness Church, Sydenham Holiness Camp or to a charity of choice.
