SVENDSEN, Flora May

1942-2018

Flora passed away at home on Saturday, April 28, 2018. She is survived by her husband, Peter, and her children Steven Svendsen, Sherina Alger (Andy) and Jason Svendsen(Christine) and her grandchildren Mason Alger, Corgand Janeway-Svendsen and Hannah Svendsen. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Corinna Alger and her parents Oakland and May Meeks. Flora was the oldest sister of Marlene MacDonald (Don), Joanne Ankers (late Paul), Lucille Penney (Craig), Jeannette Pixley (Carl), Beth Freeland (Terry), Jim Meeks and Ernie Meeks (Janet). She leaves behind many nieces and nephews and friends. A Get-Together will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at VERONA LIONS HALL from 12-4:00 to celebrate Flora's life. A box will be there for donations to KGH ICU. The staff there are truly wonderful.
