Obituary
“GONE FISHING”
Georgina passed peacefully in the early hours of February 11, 2023 at Fairmount Home to be reunited with her father, William Knapp, mother Margaret (Campbell) Knapp, brother Lloyd, (late Nettie) and her best friend Eleanor, and her step-mother Nellie (Helen Brook) Knapp. Predeceased by several half-siblings. Survived by brothers Richard (late Betty), Otha (late Linda), and sister Audrey Hamilton (Darwyn), as well as a multitude of nieces, nephews, and their families.
With her lifelong love of fishing, there wasn’t a line she couldn’t cast, nor a fish she couldn’t land.
The family would like to thank Georgina’s good friend and confidant, Sherri Holland and her family, for the many years of friendship and companionship.
There will be a graveside service held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Sand Hill Cemetery; 4448 Battersea Road. Pastor Ken Babcock to officiate.
