Harry DeJong Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Harry De Jong peacefully at Providence Care Hospital on Sunday July 18th in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Martha De Jong (Wolters). Loving father to Theresa (Shawn), John (Tracy), and David (Kim). Cherished grandfather to Myka, Jenna, Anika, Brianna, and Christian. Dearly missed by brothers Richard (Heather), James (Corrie), and sister Joanne and their families, and fondly remembered by the Wolters family. He will be greatly missed. Visitation is on Friday, July 23rd starting at 10:30, with a funeral service at 12:00 and luncheon to follow at Trousdale Funeral Home, 4374 Mill Street, Sydenham. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 at Salem Cemetery, 13875 Highway 2, Cramahe. For those who wish, donations can be made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Harry De Jong.
