Muchmore, Jack Walter

Jack, in his 69th year, passed away rather suddenly at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday June 30, 2020. He was blessed with courage and strength through family and friends of Bill W. He leaves behind his sons Lyle and Chris of Kingston and daughter Krystal Picard of Calgary. Jack is survived by his Sisters Marie Muchmore and Dianne Shaver (Garry); Grandchildren Ethan, Avery, Ellie and Abi. Predeceased by his father John and stepmother Peggy.

Following cremation there will be a private interment at St. Columbus Cemetery in Elgin, Ontario. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at a later date. For those wishing, memorial donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation or The Foundation of Peripheral Neuropathy would be appreciated.
