Jeremy Hazell passed away on August 5, 2023, at Kingston general Hospital.
Predeceased by parents Florance May and Ted Hazell, Will be missed by daughter Camille Hazell, sister Judith Phillips. Uncle of Rosland, Marion, and Carol Phillips. Cousins of Susan Brook and nephew of Doreen Walker, Cousin Barry, Glen Walker, and Martin Walker. Jeremy was born on june 15, 1942 in England Winchester Rural Country of South Hampton. Friends and Family are welcome at the Trousdale funeral Home in Sydenham on Friday August 11, 2023, Between the hours of 10am -12pm, Funeral service held in the chapel at 12pm, with interment to follow at Sydenham Cemetery.
