COUPLAND, Richard "Rick"

On June 8th, 2018 Richard went to be with his heavenly Father after a Valiant battle with Cancer. He was greatly comforted by the love of His Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, by many answered prayers, and by the devoted support of his family, friends and Church Community at Calvary Bible Church. 

He will be fondly remembered by his beloved wife of 38 years, Barb, his children Christopher (Stacy) and Natalie, and his cherished grandchildren Mikal, Emma, Isaac, Josiah and Luke. He is predeceased by his parents Craig Coupland and Joyce Lindsay and stepfather Ralph Lindsay, his dear sister Heather Maillet, and nephew Michael Szumlanski. 

Special thanks to his sister-in-law Debbie Szumlanski and brother-in-law and best friend Phil Szumlanski, as well as his special niece Holly Maillet, their love and care made the journey bearable. His faithful canine companion Kia remained loyal to the end.
