It is with deep regret and sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Glendon Green, in his 88th year. He was a wonderful father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.
He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Myrtle Green, his loving wife and soulmate of 49 years, Lillian May Babcock, and his brother, Elmer Green. Ronald will be deeply missed by his children Todd (Carrie), Laura Timmerman (David), and Cheryl Arenburg; his grandchildren Jacob (Ashley), Kurtis (Laura), Dylan (Lindsay), Sierra (Logan), Heidi (Blake), Braden, and Hannah (Bryan); his nine great-grandchildren; and his brother Paul (Marie).
Ronald spent his childhood helping to raise his siblings alongside his mother while providing for his family. He spent the majority of his career roofing. He lived for hunting, fishing, and, above all, his family.
To all the doctors, nurses and other staff at KGH Connell 9, the family would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks.
Family will gather for a visitation on Thursday January 22, 2026 from 11 am to 12 PM, followed by a funeral service at Trousdale’s Funeral Home (4374 Mill Street), with internment to follow at Wilmer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Camp Trillium.
