BABCOCK, Roswell Ellis

With great sadness on December 10, 2022 at the Kingston General Hospital due to the complications of knee surgery with family and friends by his side.

Loving father to Kim (Napanee), Brad (Yarker), Jason Ridge. Love to his grandchildren Isabella, Danielle, Emily, Adam (Bailey). Great- Granddaughter Lexi. Brother to Rick, Robin (Lori), Robert, Romana (Ralph), Ruth (Roger) Phyliss.

Predeceased Reg, Rose, Robina, Cley (Dorothy) daughter Sharon, Pearl. Son of Ezra and Lillian Babcock. Still great friends of Ross and mother of his children Jeanie Haughton (Joe). He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Ross lived in Yarker his whole life. Worked for Western Bakery for years as a mechanic, was on Yarker Fire Department as chief till retirement.

Played a big role in ODD Fellows. Ross bought a new 2000 Ford 150. It was his baby. Never drove in rain or snow and still has it. Ross Loved to go 4 wheeling with his brother and nephews. He once was an avid hunter. Every year for years family picnics were held in his back yard in Yarker by the River. It was indeed a special time for everyone to come with so much goodies.

Cremation has been done as Ross's wishes, does not want a service. Maybe a celebration at a later date.
