Ruth Yvonne Moore July 3 1955 - December 14 2025 passed away suddenly at her home in Ottawa. Pre deceased by her husband Ray Moore, her father Kenneth Snider, her sisters Janine and Louis, and brother Keith. Survived by her mom Eva Snider, brothers Kevin, Wayne and Darrell, and her sisters Donna and Joan. Dearly missed by her nephew Troy Snider , Candy and Baby Belle.
