Shirley Hickey

Hickey, Shirley Margaret - July 3, 1938 - January 3, 2026. We are sad to announce the passing of Shirley. She is predeceased by her husbands Gerald Hickey and Ed Baird. She will be missed by her children Dean (Violet), Garry (Tina), Darrell, Charlene Barker (Dan), and Laurie Gregoire (Richard);  along with grandchildren Ashley, Katie, Brittany, Cameron, and CJ; and great-grandson Brayden. Also predeceased by her parents Bazel Hickey and Marie (Murphy) and sister Hazel. Survived by her sister Rosemarie Smallman and many nieces and nephews.  Services are entrusted to Trousdale Funeral Home Ltd - 4374 Mill Street, Sydenham, Ontario.

Visitation to be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm with a Christian Funeral Mass to be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church - 3977 Sydenham Road, Railton, Ontario on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11 am. 

Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Trillium Court Long Term Care for their compassion and exceptional care during Shirley’s stay.
