1931 - 2018

With sadden hearts the family announces the passing of Thelma, on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Kingston General Hospital in her 88th year. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Gladys Merkley and Stepmother Helen Merkley.  Beloved wife of 69 years to Ray. Loving mother of Donna Shaw (Ralph), Debbie Wilton, Kim Sararas (Scott), and predeceased by her son Jimmy and his wife Debbie. Cherished grandma of 17 grandchildren, and many great and great great grandchildren. Thelma will be sadly missed by her many siblings, nieces, nephews other family and friends. Family and friends will be received at the TROUSDALE FUNERAL HOME in Sydenham on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 between the hours of 10-12pm, funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 12pm. For those who wish; memorial donations may be made to the UHKF (Heart & Stroke or Cancer).
