It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my husband, Tim Love, who passed away at home in Kingston, ON with me by his side. Tim was 65 years of age and we had 38 wonderful years of marriage.
Tim was born in Port Colborne, ON and joined the military in 1973 as a Communicator Research Operator, 291. He retired as a Warrant Officer having had a long and successful 28 year career in the military. Tim had many postings including Inuvik, NWT, Gander, NF, Masset, BC, Alert, Nunavut, Bermuda, Ottawa, ON and Kingston, ON.
Tim loved people and found it easy to strike up a conversation with most people he met. Among his passions were fast cars, reading, woodworking and travel. All of those shared with his wife Louise. He will be remembered for his quick wit, knowledge about everything and his great sense of humor.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Louise, his father Glen of Grimsby and siblings Dean (Linda) of Richards Landing, Daria (John) of Toronto, Chris (Linda) of Guelph and Dalyce (Murray) of Cambridge as well as many nieces & nephews, friends and extended family. Tim was predeceased by his mother, Rose.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Trousdale Funeral Home, Sydenham, ON. Online condolences available at www.trousfn@kingston.net.
