It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Violet Irene Brown on July 10, 2020 at the Kingston General Hospital. She will be forever loved by her husband Sydney Brown, her children Edward Maracle (Jennifer Robinson,) Robert Maracle (Theresa Maracle,) and Caroline Maracle (Robert Gill,) and her grandchildren Jade, Kyle, Amanda and Emily Maracle. She will be lovingly remembered by her older brother Mike Hawkins and younger sister Betty O’Neil. She will be sadly missed by her stepson Kirk Brown (Karen,) her grandchildren Brandon and Jordan, step daughters Karen Brown (grandchild Mikala,) and Krista Brown. She will be fondly remembered by her sister-in-laws Mildred Brown, Ivy and late Jack Brierly, Isobel and John Angyal, Carol and Pat Shorey, Nadine and John and all her nieces and nephews.
